Homeless Cities, Living Under Chicago

Under viaducts all over the city of Chicago, the homeless have built tent cities with their own governing body, public relations officers, and array of community members. They not only face the harshness of living on the street, but the looming threat of the city trying to dismember the cities and displace their residents.
